My wife and I were first time home buyers who didn't know anything about purchasing a home; until Chris came along. We reached out to Chris via a friends' referral to look for a town home to rent. We had average credit and thought nothing of buying a home. Chris informed us that there were many programs available to assist young couples such as us in affording a home of our own. We had heard numerous horror stories from friends and family about how retched and grueling the home buying process is which made us reluctant from the beginning. I think those other people should have used Chris because our experience was everything but the latter. Chris must've visited 20-30 homes with us at all hours of the day. Weekends, bad weather, good weather, rush hour, you name it he made himself available to us whenever we could be available. We went to homes that covered probably a 40 mile radius as well. We remember asking ourselves how does he make money when he must be spending a fortune in gas. During our adventure, Chris worked around the clock for us. Taking initiative even when we weren't expecting and sometimes even weren't aware. The patience he displayed not only traveling all over with us but also educating us along the way was touching. He turned us away from buying one home because of plumbing issues. He could've benefited from the sale but he wanted us to be happy. He put us first before himself every step of the way. We also think a lot of his success is due to the people he chooses to associate with. His mortgage brokers and home inspectors are top notch, flexible, knowledgeable and honest people. We learned so much about the home we moved into before we even purchased it thanks to Chris and David, the inspector. David didn't even charge us for this home inspection because he already came out to perform a previous inspection with us which he was in every right to do had he chosen to. We built a trust with Chris from start to finish and a pretty good friendship we would say as well. On the day of closing, he took us out to lunch to celebrate and gave us a card with a generous gift in it which he said was to be used to help us kick start our journey as new home owners. We highly recommend him and we will definitely be using him again to sell this house and by a new one when the time comes.
